How to Draw A Penguin

My only concern with this is shooting a video of animation... which is in and of itself a time-based medium.
Can you have the person doing something different? Building a papier-mache penguin?
I decided to do a video of me brushing my teeth instead. The only character is me (and possibly the toothbrush). The setting is my apartment bathroom.
